Build lighthouse interiors, harbour taverns, fishermen's cottages and lofts for coastal horror and mystery levels from one consistent stylized kit. The tower stacks ring by ring with floors at 3.0, 6.3, 8.7 and 12.3 m and a spiral stair that climbs 3.15 m per turn; cottage and tavern walls are 1 and 2 m modules with a 3 m ceiling on a 2 m grid.
The demo map tells one story: the keeper never came down. His log lies open on the desk in the watch room, the chair is knocked over, the barometer points at STORMY and the burner in the lamp room is still lit. Below, the keeper's cottage is cold, the harbour tavern is empty with a card game left mid-hand, and nets and a torn sail hang in the loft over it.
Architecture has collision, every mesh has lightmap UVs, and the materials are tiling PBR sets with tweakable tint, wear, grime and damp.

This is a summary. The license of the store you buy on is what counts; the License page explains which one.
Does it go with Haunted Coast?
Yes. It is the inside of the same kind of lighthouse and harbour, in the same stylized look and real-world scale. Each kit also works on its own.
Do I need to build lighting?
No. All lights are movable and the maps are marked Force No Precomputed Lighting. Lightmap UVs are included if you bake your own scenes.
Which engine versions?
Unreal Engine 5.1 to 5.8. The download is a 5.1 project; newer engines open it directly.
