Build retro shops, 1980s streets, video rental stores and night alleys from one consistent stylized kit. Store and back-of-house walls, floors and ceilings are modules on a 2 m grid with doorway, window and pipe versions; the storefront comes in window bays with blinds up or down, and the street is laid from sidewalk, curb and asphalt modules.
The demo map is MAPLE ST. VIDEO in October 1989, on an evening after the rain: the neon storefront over a wet street, twelve genre walls and gondolas of tapes, the counter with its register and rewinder, the TV showroom, the repair workshop with a set opened on the bench, the stockroom, the office with its safe and the service alley behind the shop.
Architecture and walkable ground have collision, every mesh has lightmap UVs, and the materials are tiling PBR sets with tweakable tint, wear, grime and dust; screens and neons have a glow strength.

This is a summary. The license of the store you buy on is what counts; the License page explains which one.
Are real brands or films used?
No. All titles, covers, logos and lettering are invented and drawn by our own procedural tools.
Is it a horror kit?
No. It is a cozy 1989 evening after the rain. A Horror genre wall is part of the store, and the alley at night takes a darker mood easily.
Which engine versions?
Unreal Engine 5.1 to 5.8. The download is a 5.1 project; newer engines open it directly.
